| We hope to have it available for release by end of May. The RICS launch date is 1st July, so you shouldn’t use it before then, and you must be using the new format by 1st January 2010. There will now be only a colour version (although it will still print just fine in black and white), and the version for Word 2000/2002(XP)/2003 will be released first, followed by a slightly altered version for Word 2007. |
| The new format will still be a Word template, so any of the facilities that you use in Word will still be usable in the Homebuyers, e.g. spellcheck, autocorrect, autotext, and you will still be able to insert text in any order, and add your details permanently to the base template. |
| You will also be able to save and email it as a .pdf file, provided you have some way of producing a .pdf. If you are using Word 2000/2002(XP)/2003 then there are a variety of free .pdf writing pieces of software which you can download, although these can be of varying qualities. |
